Submit a ticket
The form takes about a minute. Having these ready makes it quicker to sort out:
- Your Discord username, so we can reply to you.
- Your server ID if the problem is about a specific server. In Discord: Settings → Advanced → turn on Developer Mode, then right-click your server icon → Copy Server ID.
- What you clicked, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- If a channel isn't showing up: check the bot has "Manage Webhooks" permission in that server, and that the webhook exists in the same server you're logged into.
